The Israeli Professor Raphael Mechoulam was the key speaker at the third edition of the UFCM iCare symposium in Strasbourg. The symposium was held on October 22nd 2014, when more than 150 health professionals, researchers and patients gathered to discuss the progress of medicinal cannabis.
