France and the medicinal use of cannabis
In France, the laws on cannabis are very strict. Even medicinal use, with the exception of the Sativa spray for MS-patients, is not allowed.
Nevertheless, the third edition of the UFCM iCare symposium on the use of cannabinoids in medicine was held in Strasbourg. This symposium was opened by a representative of the Mayor of the city of Strasbourg, Doctor Alexandre Feltz. A special occasion in a county known for its harsh cannabis laws.
Cannabis News Network was there to make a report on this remarkable occasion.
